Let me say that I LOVE McAlister’s. I am not from the area and from the Midwest, but sadly this visit to this McAlister’s was rather disappointing. I ordered a Choose 2 with a New Yorker and Broccoli Cheddar soup. The sandwich was over filled with the Dijon mustard and had maybe 4-5 slices of meat on it with the cheese. Typically the New Yorker is at minimum 2 inches tall and very impressive. This sandwich was lack-luster and not very good. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

The cook doesn't know where or how to put a dish together. Everything was getting sent back. And of course mine's too. But, for the first time the good was delightful.

Chef Salad has crisp lettuce with plenty of toppings, ham, turkey, cheeses, cucumbers and bacon. The Spud Max was served hot with all the toppings, green onions, black olives, cheese, ham, and jalapenos. Oh, butter and sour cream. I had McAllister's sweet Tea to drink.

Food was great! Customer service was TERRIBLE!!! After asking if they could put butter on the potato before putting the other toppings, preceded to be told “I don’t normally do that” and talked so disrespectfully. One of my worst experiences here. Wont be back
